Troop: Scout Challenge
And here we go again, another year has passed and Scout Challenge is back with us. When the commisioner for scouts send to all groups the information on Scout Challenge there was written Are You Ready For The Challenge ? .....
.....and our reply YES WE ARE !!!
After last year`s sucess, were we managed to take the 3rd place, we hope that this year will be as rewarding as the last or possibly even more. Presently 8 troop members are being trained and refreshed on all scouting topics, 6 of whom will be chosen to form part of the team whilst the other 2 will be the reserves.
This year we shall be meeting at Buskett and the team`s final destination will be the zurrieq campsite. Participants will have to carry all the equipment they will possibly need for the challenge with them, which included tentage, sleeping stuff ....... and all the rest.
For scout challenge the weather is not an issue. The event will still be held if it is raining (unless of course it will be unsafe for the participants). So my advice for the participants ..... get ready for a very challenging challenge and I wish you the very best of luck. I am sure that you will make the MOSTA SCOUT GROUP proud one more time :)
